+ What are the reheating instructions for the microwave?

Remove pie from container. Reduce your microwave power to 50% and microwave for 2.5 minues if refrigerated. If Frozen microwave for 5 minutes, also at 50% power. Review your microwave manual on how to reduce your microwave power.

+ What are the reheating instructions for the oven?

Remove pie from container. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove the pie from its packaging. Place in the center of metal baking sheet or pan. Heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until you hear the filling bubble or sizzle.

+ Can I freeze the product?

Yes. You can freeze the pie for up to 3 months.

+ Can I refrigerate the product?

Yes. You can refrigerate the product from 3 - 5 days.

+ Can I leave the product out?

No. In order to preserve the safety and quality of the pie, please do not leave it out for an extended period of time. Although the pies can be enjoyed at almost any temperature, always refrigerate or freeze it if you don't intend to eat it immediately.

+ Do you make larger pies?

Allen's Pies are individual deep-dish pies measuring approximately 2 inches in depth and 3.5 inches in top diameter. Unfortunately, I do not make larger pies, and there are no plans to do so in the immediate future.

+ Do you make Sweet Potato Pies?

No.

+ Do you make Pumpkin Pies?

No.

+ Do you make Strawberry Rhubard Pies?

No.

At this time, pies are acquired by delivery only. Pies are only sold in New York State, and primarily delivered in New York City.
